If it seems outside of the scope of our expertise, we would refer you to someone else who specializes in HLA calculations. We can do this for homes with regular and common footprints and right-angled corners (i.e. no curved walls, or octagons, etc.). Our expertise is photography!

Context features can be highlighted on a high altitude aerial photo. clients will need to specify which features to be highlighted. For example, local parks, hiking areas, cities, rivers, lakes, etc. Basically anything you want to show proximity to the property can be pointed out with this overview map of the local area.

Properties over 5K sf will be invoiced @$0.04 per sf in excess of 5K sf. For example, a 6K sf home will have an additional $40 fee (1000 sf x $0.04)
